SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are manufactured and shipped directly by Tapstitch. Shipping times depend on your order type:

Small Orders (1-10 items):

• Production: 3–7 business days
• Shipping: Arranged by day 8
• Typical delivery: 5–10 business days after order placement

Bulk Orders (11+ items):

• Production: 7–15 business days
• Shipping: Arranged by day 16
• Typical delivery: 10–21 business days after order placement

Shipping Carriers & Tracking:

• Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on destination
• Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships
• International orders may take longer and are subject to customs clearance

Shipping Costs:

• Included in your order total

Lost or Delayed Packages:

• If your package doesn't arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@tapstitch.com
• Include your order number and tracking information
• We'll investigate and provide compensation if applicable
